We’ve always been creative and we’ve always loved cooking. So at nine years old when we made our first cheesecakes, our sweet tooth fell in love with this creamy dessert. Many years and several cheesecakes later, here we are. Two twin sisters making the best cheesecake you’ll ever taste.
With encouragement from our family and friends, we embarked on our entrepreneurial path back in 2017. We were both enrolled full-time at the University of Miami, pursuing diverse fields ranging from Ecosystem Science and Policy to Economics, Entrepreneurship, and Women's and Gender Studies. When employment took a downturn with the pandemic of 2020, we decided that we would be self-employed rather than unemployed and pursue Kendal and Kelby’s Cheesecakes full time!
To us, cheesecake is more than just a dessert. it's a delectable treat that serves as the backdrop for creating cherished memories. When we bought our property in 2021, we dreamt of creating a haven in the heart of Katy, Texas where friends and family could create deliciously memorable moments to remember for years to come.
